Information collected
When you join, we collect the name, email address, state or region, audience category, and optional interest statement you submit. Standard service logs may include an IP address, time, browser details, and security diagnostics.
How information is used
We use this information to send requested constitutional education, tailor future learning resources, answer inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information for money or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
Sharing and storage
Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, security, and professional-service providers that support this initiative. Access is limited to what is needed for the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by valid law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from briefings through any message. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information. Send privacy requests to wilds@alaskan.com.
Retention and security
Active briefing records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited records needed to honor that choice or meet legal obligations. We use encrypted transport, access restrictions, minimization, and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Age and independence
The signup form is intended for people aged 16 or older. Participants under the age of majority should involve a parent, guardian, or educator where appropriate. Wildes of AK is an independent educational initiative and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States government.
